Our Story
At Consult Collective, we believe in turning business challenges into opportunities for growth. Founded in 2015 by Tatjana Trifunovic, our agency is built on a foundation of hands-on experience, strategic insight, and a passion for helping businesses thrive.
Tatjana’s journey into the business world began at just 18 years old when she became the personal assistant to the CEO of a major fuel refinery, managing operations for an organization with over 1,656 employees. This early exposure to large-scale business operations sparked her passion for strategy and efficiency. She later expanded her expertise through a career in business banking, working closely with companies to understand their financial needs and growth potential.
In 2018, Tatjana founded Krx Aesthetics Australia, a business she successfully automated to a 90% efficiency rate before selling it in June 2025. Along the way, she earned a diploma in business psychology, which she applies to marketing and sales strategies, using insights into human behavior to drive engagement and results.
What started as a side project through word-of-mouth referrals has grown into a full-scale international agency. After years of helping businesses privately, Tatjana expanded Consult Collective to serve clients worldwide, offering a seamless, all-in-one solution for strategy, operations, marketing, and growth.
